Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer

We're a technology & design company first and foremost, which means expert engineers and designers are core to our success. This is a unique role for special candidates who wish to span the two disciplines of engineering and design on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop isomorphic code and components using React.js
  • Deploy features for designers and marketers to build applications

JavaScript Engineer

Lead Node.js Engineer

Help us take our JavaScript-based Rapid Development Framework to the next level by designing and implementing platform tools, writing server-side code for high-volume web-based applications, and creating robust CLI and API design. In this position, you will have the opportunity to own and grow our Platform teams as we scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect rapid development environments with ES6
  • Develop isomorphic code, and server-side rendering pipeline using React.js
  • Deploy robust applications and APIs built for high profile brands
Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in engineering roles
  • 3+ years experience with Node.js
  • 2+ years experience with MongoDB
  • Expert in building and maintaining platforms and systems infrastructure

Lead Quality Engineer

The only thing that matters in software development is that users love the software. As Lead Quality Engineer, you are the user's primary advocate. You will always have the user in mind, and you'll bring the user's perspective to every interaction.

You will be responsible for developing the processes and test infrastructure for a product pushing the boundaries of web technology. We're moving quickly to a continuous delivery system. In order to support those needs, you'll help to maintain high standards of quality and monitor acceptance testing of every automated release.

You'll need strong software testing, technical leadership, communication, and mentorship skills. You'll work closely with product management and development teams in order to capture requirements, devise appropriate acceptance tests, and collaborate with developers to ensure that requirements are properly implemented with a strong attention to detail and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of quality testing and releases of our products
  • Implement an end-to-end strategy for running automated functional tests and quality dashboards
  • Participate in requirements, architecture, and design specification meetings
  • Recruit, mentor, and collaborate with additional QA personnel
  • Help with customer interaction and support when required
  • Manage and oversee bug reporting process, and integrate bug reporting, verification, and issue tracking systems
  • Determine project needs and spearhead quality related projects
Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Quality Engineering role
  • Programming experience is a must
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Experience with Selenium web driver
  • Some experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira or GitHub
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to learn and become productive quickly in new and changing environments

Account Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing new clients for medium to large brands, enterprises, and digital agencies
  • Prospect potential customers through outbound lead cultivation through all channels—online, social, phone, conferences, professional networking
  • Responsible for learning sales techniques and mastering full knowledge of company products, including producing customized demos and proposals
  • Establish, expand, and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
  • Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective
  • Maintain records in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in marketing automation, knowledge of website platforms and CMS a major plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess entrepreneurial qualities needed for building business at an early stage company
  • Ability to close complex enterprise deals and meet and exceed assigned quota
  • Grow and drive pipeline activity on an ongoing basis
  • Effective time management and deal management
  • Effective verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to persuade marketers, web designers, IT, and CXOs of value proposition

Director, Demand Generation

The Brandcast Cloud is a web platform that enables marketers, designers, and agencies to quickly create beautiful, engaging digital experiences without the need for developers. Our customers design, publish and manage their entire website portfolio with unprecedented ease, in less time, and with smaller budgets.

As a critical part of our marketing team, you will help us find and engage prospective customers. You will have accountability for:

  • Defining the overall demand generation strategy and the tactics we’ll use to identify prospects, capture them as leads, and nurture them into qualified opportunities.
  • Leading the implementation of the tools we will need to operate as a smart, scalable marketing organization (including marketing automation, tracking and measurement, and CRM).
  • Designing and launching lead capture and nurture campaigns, and using data and testing to optimize their success.
  • Partnering with sales to help ensure a seamless flow of prospects from lead to opportunity.
  • Sharing the insights you gain from marketing back into the organization as guidance to improve products, go-to-market, etc.

Ideal Candidates will:

  • Have at least 5-8 years of experience in software marketing and demand generation, including lead generation tactics, digital and email marketing, and appropriate tracking and reporting.
  • Understand modern marketing techniques and tools, including how to establish and use marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).

As a critical part of our marketing team, you will drive the digital marketing programs and tactics for the company. You will have accountability for:

  • Defining the overall strategy for how Brandcast uses digital marketing to find and engage prospects through digital channels, including paid media, search, social media, and more.
  • Managing the voice of the brand online, including direct ownership of messaging, authorship of social posts, and writing ad copy.
  • Deploying the right tools to deploy, manage, and measure digital marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Launching and maintaining digital marketing activities across all available channels.

We aim to maintain a diverse and positive workplace that values creativity and quality.The Finance Manager role is integral to the Company’s operations and critical to its success - partnering with other functions through the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial management, revenue tracking and recognition, budgets, accounting policies, tax compliance and payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • General ledger and departmental structure
  • Revenue recognition and invoicing

Prepare financial statements for external and internal use including credit-related, Board and investor presentation materials.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (M.B.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Big4 background and exposure to application of technical accounting preferred.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Excel (advanced) and other Office Suite products, working knowledge of G/L systems functions and capabilities and equity compensation software. The Company is currently using or planning on implementing Quickbooks, Expensify, Bill.com, Salesforce and eShares and familiarity is a big plus.

Credentials:

Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred.
