To purchase subscription-related Services, users must input information relating to their individual and/or company name, address, and payment debit and/or credit card or other third party payment processing information to process payments on the Platform.
Brandcast utilizes web beacon and cookie technology to gather information on use of our Platform in order to serve you more effectively. Usage of web beacons and/or cookies is in no way linked to personally identifiable information. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however some Services may not work properly without cookies.
Brandcast is not responsible for the practices employed by third party sites linked to or from our Platform, or the information or content contained therein. Your use and interaction with such third party sites and services is subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.
Brandcast utilizes the following third party analytics services to help improve the Services:
Brandcast offers Subscribers the ability to integrate a variety of third party design, marketing, and analytics cloud services within Subscriber’s website(s) as part of the Services. Users should review the applicable privacy policies of those Cloud Integration Services utilized by Subscriber for more information on their data collection practices.
Information may also be disclosed to third parties (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) if Brandcast is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete such information from our files within a commercially reasonable time.
We will retain account data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our Services to our users. If you would like us to delete your registered account information, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. Brandcast utilizes activity logs to identify any unusual activity, from authorized or unauthorized individuals accessing our systems or making changes to stored information. We regularly perform preventative system maintenance and monitoring to ensure the security of our data systems. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can ever be 100% secure.
Brandcast utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy for more information on their security practices.
“Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a website disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, the Platform does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.
