We recognize that your privacy is very important. This privacy policy covers Brandcast, Inc.’s policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use, access and initiate transactions on and Brandcast’s mobile applications (collectively the “Platform”) and the software and services made available through the Platform (collectively the “Services”).

Each time you access the Platform and/or utilize our Services, you consent to the collection, use and storage of the collected information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully and contact us at if you have any questions.

1. What information is collected and how is it used?

Account Creation Information:

When creating an account, users must register either by providing a name and/or company name depending upon the purchased subscription, email and a password. Your email will be utilized to (i) verify your account upon account creation, (ii) provide technical, service-related and marketing communications regarding our Services; and/or (iii) communicate material changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Services-Related User Information:

To purchase subscription-related Services, users must input information relating to their individual and/or company name, address, and payment debit and/or credit card or other third party payment processing information to process payments on the Platform.

Web Beacons Cookies:

Brandcast utilizes web beacon and cookie technology to gather information on use of our Platform in order to serve you more effectively. Usage of web beacons and/or cookies is in no way linked to personally identifiable information. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however some Services may not work properly without cookies.

2. Is Information Collected by or Disclosed to Third Parties?

Brandcast is not responsible for the practices employed by third party sites linked to or from our Platform, or the information or content contained therein. Your use and interaction with such third party sites and services is subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.

Payment Processing Information:

Brandcast will collect credit card information (including credit/debit card number, expiration date, verification code and billing name and address) to process payments. Brandcast does not itself store debit, credit card or designated bank account information on its servers. Brandcast utilizes a third party payment processor, Stripe, to manage and process payments in order to guarantee the security of your information. Users should review Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information on their data collection practices.

Web Server:

Brandcast stores all Subscriber data on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) in the United States. Please see Amazon's Privacy Policy for more information.


Brandcast utilizes the following third party analytics services to help improve the Services:

  • Google Analytics: is used to access anonymous data to help us understand how users engage with our Platform, so that we can review and improve our Services. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It provides Brandcast with information relating to website trends without identifying individual visitors. Usage is tracked using Google Analytics in accordance with its Privacy Policy. However, if you do not want your data to be used by Google Analytics, you may opt-out by installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Pendo Analytics: Pendo is used to access data relating to customer use, how much time customers spend within the application, trends over time, and aggregate results across accounts, users, and custom segments. This information will be utilized by Brandcast to improve our Services. Usage is tracked by Pendo in accordance with Pendo's Privacy Policy.

Brandcast shares its subscriber’s account name and email address from the Platform with Data is collected and utilized by Salesforce in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Cloud Integration Services:

Brandcast offers Subscribers the ability to integrate a variety of third party design, marketing, and analytics cloud services within Subscriber’s website(s) as part of the Services. Users should review the applicable privacy policies of those Cloud Integration Services utilized by Subscriber for more information on their data collection practices.

Other Potential Third Party Disclosures:

Information may also be disclosed to third parties (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) if Brandcast is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users (i) about law enforcement or court ordered requests for data unless otherwise prohibited by law, or (ii) if your personal information is to be disclosed or transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3. How Does Brandcast Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act?

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at: We will delete such information from our files within a commercially reasonable time.

4. How long does Brandcast retain information collected?

We will retain account data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our Services to our users. If you would like us to delete your registered account information, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time.

5. What is Brandcast’s Security Policy?

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. Brandcast utilizes activity logs to identify any unusual activity, from authorized or unauthorized individuals accessing our systems or making changes to stored information. We regularly perform preventative system maintenance and monitoring to ensure the security of our data systems. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can ever be 100% secure.

Brandcast utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy for more information on their security practices.

6. How Does the Platform Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?

“Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a website disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, the Platform does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.

7. How Will I Be Notified of Changes to Your Privacy Policy?

If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by: (i) changing the Effective Date at the top of the Privacy Policy, (ii) sending an email to our account holders, and/or (iii) adding a statement to the Platform.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
